Missing images

When paging through a full text document you may occasionally come across a message which states 'image in preparation'. A small number of images require reconstruction following fragmentation during the original scanning process. New, complete scans of these images are being made. These will be loaded as soon as possible.

If you have access to the content for current sessions of parliament (from 2004 forward), you may encounter some papers that have an index record available but no full text. This is because papers are indexed by the House of Commons Library when they are laid before the House, and are published subsequently. There will, therefore, be a period where some index records appear in HCPP before the papers they refer to are published. Most papers are published within a month or so, but some are published considerably later, and others are never published at all. For papers that are never published, the index records will be removed at the end of each session. The HCPP database is updated 3 or 4 times per year with new index records and the full text of papers which have been published since the last release.
